Not relaxing environment As lots of noise And people rushing around It feels very much tlike sitting in very busy railway station, with people rushing past you I was asked if I wanted a drink and asked for a still water and never got it. Not given any magazines to read and eventually got up and went to find some as having highlights and was sitting for a while. Otherwise very happy with Beccy she was lovely and very good, really pleased with having her to do my hair.

I didn't have my hair washed so it would have been nice to have had a small reduction in the usual price. I had to wait for 5 mins as there weren't enough people behind reception to cope with the queue.

I have been coming to jo and class for about 8 years. My hairdresser faye has a good understanding of my likes and dislikes when it comes to my hair and my hairstyling abilities which are limited. She cuts my hair in a way that works for my lifestyle, checking with me everytime if things have changed and how i managed the haircut from the previous visit to enable tweaks to the style. My cut is exceptional and lasts until my next hair cut (even if I am late getting there). I get my eyebrows waxed during the visit by Nicky. I like natural looking eyebrows and am relatively new to this experience. Nicky has taken the time to find out what my concerns were and this resulted in a good experience for me and good results.
