Jo and Cass create a wonderful environment for hair care; the staff are all lovely, friendly and efficient. My appointment today was on time and I was greeted by friendly staff at Reception. My hair appointment was with Hayley who understands what I need for my hair in terms of cut and colour. I was served delicious coffee and later some sparkling water. Throughout the appointment I was asked if I needed anything further to drink or any more magazines to read. Everything was just perfect. I came away very happy with my hair colour and cut and organised my next two appointments. Thank you Jo and Cass.
