Liam was absolutely amazing with payton, totally understood what she wanted and cut her hair to perfection. From the moment you step into Joe and Cass, you realise it’s exactly what a higher end hairdressers should be. You’re treated so well by the ladies that check you in, get you “gowned up” and take you to where you’ll meet your stylist. I was immediately offered a drink which came and was much nicer than the coffee I got offered at a different salon I’d tried before (after having recently moved to the area). Toyah, my stylist, was amazing! Great chats yet professional through and through. The massage chairs and spa-style experience while you get your hair washed is just another premium touch which makes the whole experience so much nicer. The price is higher than other salons but this isn’t like other salons. You literally get what you pay for. I had the keratin straightening treatment done and my hair feels fantastic afterwards. It cost £150 but that included the shampoo and conditioner for aftercare too and the treatment should last about 3-4 months so I still think excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend these and can’t wait to be back.

I've been trying to get my hair this colour for years but no-one could quite get it there. The whole experience was relaxing, professional and the attention detail unsurpassed. I am thrilled to have met Holly and am in awe of her skills.
