Always a great pampering pleasure at Jo and Cass. My stylist and colourist Jade Brown is excellent and I have been with her 5 years now. Always pleased with the result and never disappointed.

I can highly recommend Jo and Cass at Lancaster, the whole experience from the Reception ladies to the hair washing and cut and colour is excellent. I would particularly like to mention Ali who cuts and colours my hair she is fantastic and very professional and its always a pleasure to come to my appointment.

All the Staff make you feel every visit is important to them with their caring, friendly and professional attitude. From the moment you come through the door, it is just a lovely relaxing experience from everyone. Must add hair washing is superb also, always making sure products always thoroughly rinsed out all through. Looking forward to my next regular appointment at Jo and Cass.

Greeted quickly and taken to chair. Modern, clean salon with a wide range of products. Discussion about hair requirements for future needs/ discussion about colour and tones. I do come here every 2 months. I am very happy to pay to have a senior stylist and their expertise and I do love the overall experience (2 coffees, massage chair/head massage, magazines I don't buy). I really enjoy the chat! Some might not but I am sure if you do not just stay quiet. Very pleased with my experience in the Lancaster shop.
