Jo and Cass is one of the most progressive salon groups in the UK. Jo Ireland and Graham Cass began their creative partnership in 1996 having recognised the need for a world class hair salon in the North West.

I was very impressed with the strict hygiene measures implemented in the wake of COVID 19. Everyone seemed to have been well briefed and trained on the rules, making it feel a very safe environment. Lovely to be back and have my lockdown hair fixed. Koula, my stylist, is very professional and has an impressive work ethic. Well done everyone.
