I went to J&C on Christmas Eve - a day when everyone probably has their mind on a million different things. I was made to feel welcome from the second I opened the door until the moment it shut behind me. I had Sam for my beauty treatment and Helen for my hair - I’m afraid that I can’t remember the name of the young lady with the sparkly skirt who washed and then helped to dry my hair. All three young ladies were exemplary in their manner and conduct. I hope that they do get to see this as too often all staff get to see and hear about are complaints that clients have. I hope all three had a merry Christmas and wish them luck for whatever 2022 brings them - many thanks
