I now live on the west coast of the Lake District but haven't found anywhere closer to home that provide the excellent service Jo & Cass do delivered by proffessional cheerful staff- I love coming !

Been using Jo & Cass for many years and hopefully will continue to do so. Love the fact the staff know you by name and are really helpful. Could do with reintroducing a reward system as previous one I never got to use the points accumulated.

I would like to visit more often, but it is expensive. I wish that getting roots done did not cost as much as having a full head done. I am giving up on having it done. But, that is unlikely to change, I realize! Otherwise, a great place, the only place I would trust to my hair. Ellie is especially fantastic! The only time I have ever been irked is when one young stylist tried to sell me some sort of face treatment. No one had ever tried a hard sell on me at the salon before. I was offended because for my age, my skin looks really good! But, no one wants a hard sell when the person doing it has scissors in their hands. Otherwise, though, just great service and friendly people!

Leanne always cuts my hair … I wouldn't trust anyone else! She is professional, helpful, provides the best advice about my hair and always makes it look fantastic! She is incredible about remembering what we discussed last time I was in - I don't know how she does this as sometimes it is 4-5 months! The other staff are always polite and helpful; they must receive very good customer service training.

The reception area at Lancaster is always busy, crowded and noisy. The staff do their best but standing there to pay and book your next appointment is not a pleasant experience. The actual treatments I've had since become a client of Jo and Cass has always been excellent.
