The toilet upstairs was a little grubby. The staff are all very friendly and professional. However it is all a bit busy busy. For me a more relaxed experience would me welcome. But I will continue to make spots every eight weeks.

Happy with my visit today,apart from when after my towel fell into a pile of hair when I was walking through to the styling area. The member of staff tried to put the towel back on my shoulders and I had to stop her as it clearly was not right.

On arrival, I was greeted and attended to by the hairdresser, on being seated I showed a picture similar of a hairstyle and colour that I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in not only choosing the colour but also the additional colour for highlights. The style of the cut shown was short and layered at the back, but I wanted it longer on top, more like a bob cut which she achieved. I am very pleased with the outcome, the colour is what I wanted and my hair feels silkily smooth. I would certainly recommend Jo and Cass Hairdressers. The service and consideration to the client is first rate.
