Louise is great and the experience on paying and leaving was good -- but on arrival the reception and welcome experience was so disorganised and bordering on rude that I nearly left immediately. I am glad I stayed as Louise was friendly and helpful and really listened to what I needed and I am very happy with my haircut. But the Reception and Front of House are letting the experience down.

Eye brows good but wasn't asked what shape or shade I would like. Happy as I now have eye brows I can see but not quite the shape I was after. Will still come back xxx

I often feel that some areas need to be cleaned better - often hair still on seats and hair in corners of rooms/skirting boards/bottom of mirrors etc. I still come because of the hairdresser who cuts my hair.

I know it is a very stressful time for everyone, but as a Salon you were very organised with the temperature check etc. and it was as pleasant experience as it can be with masks and distancing Liam, as ever did a great job, even under these difficult circumstances

I was really pleased with my stylist David. He was his usual professional and friendly self. I love the cut. I understand that the reception staff may be a little anxious but one or two do seem to be a little aloof. ...I felt this when I popped in to book my appointment and on the day of the appointment. I do feel that this may be due to anxiety. I was pounced upon the second I walked through the door with an over-zealous member of staff wishing to take my temperature immediately. It was raining outside and I really wanted to get my mask on before any interaction with anyone and give my specs a wipe as the rain and the warmth of the salon had caused them to fog up. Also, for her own safety, she would have been wiser to keep her distance while I was masking up.
