Becky Yates is always friendly, professional & greets me by name. Makes me feel special and not just another customer. Same for Paige Bateson, friendly & says hi every time she see me. Amy Wrennall does my hair so it looks natural and always listens to me rather than just assuming she knows best, Friendly & professional - i look forward to my hair appointments.

Change of hairdresser for me this time as my usual stylist (the excellent Leanne) was away but my hair couldn't wait for her to return... It turns out that Matthew was a great alternative and I would certainly recommend him to friends and family. He is a really nice chap and a thoroughly professional stylist: good advice, no hard sell, a man who really knows and enjoys his job. He listened to what I wanted and cut my hair exactly as I asked, with great attention to detail - so I am now basking in the compliments. A trip to Jo and Cass is always a treat and today was no exception. It's a lovely salon with friendly efficient staff who know how to deal properly with the individual needs of their clients. Thank you, once again, for a lovely experience and a brilliant haircut.

I've had bad experiences in other salons but I really enjoyed my experience at Jo and Cass. Paige was absolutely lovely and she did a phenomenal job. I'm definitely going back whenever I need to get a haircut and choose Paige. After this positive experience, I feel like I can trust her with my hair.

every time I go the staff are friendly and professional. From being greeted by the reception staff to leaving the salon you are made to feel a valued customer. I can honestly say I cannot make one negative comnent about any of my visits to the salon and would recommend Jo and Cass to anyone

This is the first time I've been asked to complete feedback and, funnily enough, today was the first time I left the salon thinking "I'll write them an email" because it was such a nice experience. It was the first time I'd had my hair cut by Karen and she was friendly, professional and talked me through every step of what she was doing. I had quite a few inches off my long hair, which has been in the same style for years. She must have picked up that I was a little wary of change and so checked many times that I was happy with what she was doing. I love the result and I'll definitely be back to see Karen again. Thanks, Ellie PS For the first time in my life I couldn't find my purse when I came to pay at the end. Thank you for trusting me to run to the office for cash!
