I have been a regular client of the salons in Kendal and Lancaster over the last 12 years and I have hardly been able to fault a thing. Recently I have been using your online booking service and as great as it is the one way I feel it could be improved would be to have the option of being able to cance appointments online as well book them. Otherwise I can't fault anything about the experience and way I'm treated when I come in for my various treatments

Liam is the only hairdresser I have ever had who cuts curly hair well. I went to him first over a year ago and asked him to dry cut it in line with the curly method (Lorraine Massey), he is the only hairdresser that took me seriously on this, and he cuts my hair brilliantly. Before going to Liam I had something of a fear of hairdressers as I never left feeling good, now it's the opposite. Liam cuts my hair exceptionally well, I have recommended him to a number of friends who now also go to him, and he has given me a renewed faith in hairdressers. I hope to be getting my hair cut by Liam for many years to come.

When I was at Uni in Lancaster three years ago, I had my hair cut by Faye at the Lancaster salon and since moving back home to Bath, I am yet to find someone that can cut my hair the way she did. So, I travelled back all the way from Bath, stayed overnight in the Travelodge just to be able to get my hair cut by Faye again. The result is perfect just like the last time. She took the time to really understand what it was I was looking for and made the whole experience very relaxing. 10/10.
