I asked for a specific cut, however, my hair was cut FAR shorter than necessary and the stylist only glanced at the picture once and proceeded to do their own thing.

Not been to this salon for a long time , when I first sat down I noticed lots of cut hair on the floor in the corners near the mirror . Not what I would expect from a top class salon . I discussed what I wanted with the stylist , I wanted more blonde hi lights putting through my hair , but at the end it was a lot darker than when I walked in !! However the end product did look nice , and the cut was as I wanted , just that I was expecting it to be a lot blonder . The hairstylist was very quiet and did not start any conversation with me , which made it a long 3 and a quarter hours . On my experience today I wouldn’t rush back to this salon , it is a high end salon with prices to match , but not the experience I was expecting .

I’ve have used this salon a number of times. But I’m alway left feeling like I’m not important enough. I arrive on time (usually 5mins early) im greeted very nicely and shown to a seat, offered a beverage. Eventually the hairdresser comes over (10/15 minutes after my appointment time) no apology. She asks what I want I explain and she usually does how own take on it. My booked appoint said I would be in for 1 and a 1/2 hours, I was 3 and 1/2, it stated it would cost £60.50 it cost £80.05, not sure why as no itemised bill. I think I’ve tried on a number of occasions and may be this isn’t the salon for me.

It was very cold in the salon . Added to this after my hair wash I was left dripping without a towel . The apprentices should really have the basic knowledge to not do this . The girl who actually did my cut though was excellent .
