This was my first and last time at this hairdressers, they were running 30 minutes late and no one bothered to tell me and when I eventually started getting it cut I had to tell her several times it was incorrect and not how I wanted it. She never said one single word to me the whole way through and just to annoy me even more she was told her next client was here and told the receptionist to say she was running late, wish she had done this with me. So never again.

I brought my 18 month old son in to this salon today for a hair cut. I asked for a light trim, just some weight taking out around the back and tidying up around his ears. It looks like a ridiculous combination of a bad bowl cut and if he’d found some scissors and cut it himself. It’s appalling. The man who cut my son’s hair does not, in my opinion, have a clue what he is doing and needs further training before he cuts anyone else’s hair. There are clear bands around the back of his head, chunks missing at the sides interspersed with random long hairs that were obviously missed. The front is lopsided, far too short (I asked for it to be trimmed to just above his eyebrows, it’s about an inch and a half above his eyebrows) and looks ridiculous. I’m absolutely devastated, every time I look at his hair I want to cry. We will need to take him somewhere else now to have all his hair clippered off so that it can grow back properly. He had beautiful hair, now it’s been completely ruined. I hope the man who cut his hair will read this review and reflect on his capabilities. Perhaps it’s time for a career change. If you’re looking for a hairdresser for your child, this is not the place.
