I want to say a huge thank you to the lady who worked on my hair today. She was friendly and kind. I do find these environments very uncomfortable but on this visit and my last, the hairdressers could not have done more to help. Me feel more at ease. There was however a very rude lady sat next to me at the hair washing area and I felt for the poor girl who was washing her hair. There was no winning with that woman, and I hope it did not hinder that girls confidence as she definitely tried everything she could to be helpful.
