I went to use the online booking system, which I have used before. I clicked on the day and time I wanted and it gave me the time on another day. When I asked at the salon, because I turned up on my original request day, I was informed that it sometimes does that. I was glad I could attend the slot it gave me. Also on the online booking it gives, male or female but I’m a simple creature who doesn’t mind, as I attend so infrequently I just have a simple cut and blow on long straight hair, it should say anyone. That may have given me more options. However love coming to the salon x
