Lovely clean, tidy and bright salon. Everyone is polite. Conor does a great job on my hair and always gives good advice. The massage chairs aren’t half as good as the old ones though. I love getting a head massage when having my hair washed Keep up the good work guys n galls x

Lizz is really great at what she does, she puts me at ease and I'm always happy with my hair. The experience of getting my hair cut is usually a bit of an ordeal, but everything at Jo & Cass is lovely, even the shampoo (at most salons this is very uncomfortable)

Booking an appointment online is great, however cancellations online is not available. It would be good to and easy for customers to have an option to cancel an appointment online anytime, instead of waiting for the salon to open to cancel an appointment. Thank you.
