I usually am quite anxious with hairdressers as having poor experience in the past, although Kayli made the experience so comforting and lovely. It was amazing the minute you walked through the door! The man at the reception was so welcoming which made the start of the experience feel warm and it helped me to feel more confident in the appointment and environment. All the staff were smiling and chatting and it really felt like an equal and diverse team! I was amazingly impressed. Best salon in Morecambe!
