I had an appointment for highlights and toner with cut and blow dry. My hair wasn’t in great condition and I had couple of colours in. Louise was amazing, she gave honest and good advice on how to get my hair in better condition whilst getting me lovely and blonde again I will be booking with Louise from now on, she’s a credit to Jo and Cass
