First appt with Evie as TJ on maternity leave. Evie very professional, discussed prior to appointment style, colour etc. usual skin test plus to achieve my desired look she took strand test to see if the finish would be achieved. On the day she spent time listening and advising and gave me options that were realistic. I really appreciated this. She is lovely, friendly and informative. She checked re length, fringe etc at every stage. I am delighted with the results, thank you Evie. Lilly washed my hair and she was lovely too and we had a lovely chat re the recent snow. Very funny chat. Also have to mention Emma….. I observed Emma from arrival to departure non stop sweeping, topping up she never stopped and all this looking happy. Great Team Thanks & look forward to seeing you soon x
