Came for a blow dry yesterday it was not the best experience the staffs were clearly in a hurry as it was closing time if they did not want to provide me a good quality service why leave a slot for appointment in the bookings page in the first place? Also i was asked to come 20 minutes early i did so despite that the service was not the best did not like my curls as it was not what i normally get done My hair was pulled very hard to an extent i got an head ache the hair wash has still left my hair greasy

The best salon experience I have ever had. The salon is newly refurbished and it is very impressive, it feels super luxurious and elegant. The hair washing experience is great as I sat in a nice reclining massage chair. Products used all smelled amazing. Both ladies who looked after me were friendly and gave good advice. I was looked after and offered a hot drink, they continuously checked in to make sure I was ok and didn’t need anything extra. My hair looks and feels great. Really good value for money and I will not go anywhere else now. Many thanks

Lovely salon staff welcoming and friendly, very pleased with my cut and blow dry. Opening times very convenient my appointment was at 19.15. Will be booking another appointment.
