Steven was good as always but the young girl who washed my hair and was ment to give me a head massage was the thing I least enjoyed? No nicety about her plus she massaged my hair ? Not my scalp the vibrating chair went off after a minute and never came back on? I have been to Jo and Cass before always enjoyed it but the girl who washed my hair not good! I brought my sister and she loved everything but she had a different hair washer lol
