Been here many times before and experience has always been great. However on my last visit I was put at a !station' with someone else's hair all over the table and floor (which I had to put my bag on!). I was also told that my colour would be on for 45 mins but I was left sat there for an hour and fifteen minutes. Colour etc was as good as usual but I wasn't as comfortable with the visit. Will go back as I've been going for years and hope this was a one-off but, if not, I might have to look elsewhere .
