Shaun (Old Shaun) as he is now referred to, so he is not confused with his new younger colleague, He is always professional, polite yet, full of humour and friendly! I’ve now been coming to salon in Preston for many years and couldn’t be treated better if I were Royalty! The reception staff and girls/lads who make your drinks are also very polite and friendly, but also have the air of professionalism . They clearly start the training very early I wouldn’t like to go to anywhere else

When I first came to Katie I was extremely nervous as it's hard when you change hairdressers and I hadn't had great experiences in the past. She was absolutely brilliant and as well as being a great hairdresser is a lovely person. I can guarantee that I will leave the salon with my hair looking fabulous and personally feeling positive and uplifted. Katie listens, gives wonderful advice, and gives by far the best cut I've ever had from any salon. Love the products that are used on my hair and now I look forward to having my hair done with Katie. Wouldn't go to anyone else - she's amazing!! Thank you.

I had a consultation with my stylist to discuss what i was hoping for, and we decided together what we were thought was the best options. I provided pictures showing what I was hoping for on the day of my colour appointment and was really happy with the end result.
