Olivia was the lady who cut my hair and she made me feel really welcome and comfortable. I had a terrible experience at House of Hair who I have been to plenty of times over the years and I've been dreading getting my hair cut since. But Olivia offered me really helpful advice and made me feel really comfortable. The people on reception were friendly and welcoming also. I have pre booked my next appt and look forward to returning. I am also very happy with my hair it feels so healthy and looks so shiny. 10/10! :)
