I was pleased that Joe&Cass offer an online book option as I was then free to pick an appointment and not feel pressured. I selected the female option and was offered a convenient time slot which I accepted. I was made to feel welcome on arrival and was introduced to Victoria my stylist. I had booked in for a cut and blow dry and had quite forgotten the added extra of a head massage that clients are given. Victoria talked to me about my chosen style, explained what she was going to do and the effect it would create. From start to finish the experience was very pleasant and I felt relaxed. The end result was a new look for me and I was more than happy with the outcome. I had also discussed colouring options and Victoria was helpful about that too. As I left I was given a patch test to see if I was likely to react to the colourants used should I choose to go ahead, very efficient. I've used Joe & Cass Preston for some years now and it's the only hairdressers to which I have returned on a regular basis because they get everything right.
