I was quite nervous about going to kore before I went, however, I was soon put at my ease by all the staff there. It was a most enjoyable experience. Tracey did a fantastic job on my new colour and I was pleased with Kevin's cut. Have booked up already for my August cut. Ps Loved the massage chair.

This salon is by far and away the best one I have been to since I moved to Birmingham in 1966, and not only because of the quality of the stylists' work, but the whole ambience of the salon, which is bright, clean and the inclusive extras such as massage chair, Indian head massage and the delicious coffee all make for a relaxing and enjoyable break from routine. The staff are very friendly, and the beautiful floral displays at the reception desk are a joy to see.

I have used this salon for a number of years after being recommended by a friend. The service is always excellent! You are met by a warm welcome and your experience continues throughout your time in the salon. Kevin cuts my hair, however I have used other sytlists at short notice in the past. I have recently had my hair cut short after many years of longer hair. I love it - why didn't I have it done before? This is not the cheapest salon in town, but you pay for what you get. I would highly recommend it.
