Kore, the salon is top notch. The hosting company 'mylocalsalon.com' a.k.a Shortcuts however need to sort appointment text message reminders - this causes the salon and it's customers problems when it does not work - having caught me out twice ( the latter I had a calendar reminder of my own which meant I didn't miss the 2nd time SMS failed ) but customers need to know they can rely on this else, it would be better disabled as a service.

You will feel like you are visiting friends if you visit Kore. I moved away from Birmingham 7 years ago, but still travel to the salon on a regular basis because they are most definitely worth the journey.

My hair always looks good, as the cut I get, by Kevin, at Kore is fab. Tracey also colours my hair fab. I cannot praise the staff highley enough. I have a wonderful relaxing time. Thank you.

A fantastic place with excellent customer service and always on hand to give you help and advice. For anyone who has had a bad experience such as myself, I would thoroughly recommend Kore as the place to go. Not only have they restored my faith in hairdressers my hair has never looked better and my confidence has grown. I will not be going any where else......THANKYOU KORE.
