I really do not like having my hair cut but Kelly made me feel completely at ease, also I Lipread due to my hearing loss and I asked Kelly if she wouldn't mind wearing a clear face mask for me so I could understand her better, she totally understood no questions asked she changed her mask. At this point I felt totally at ease. Kelly really listened to what I wanted my hair to look like for my daughters wedding. I had a hair strand test and she explained that if we coloured my hair how much damage it would cause to my hair. So we decided on a nice hair cut and I would treat my hair and get it into better condition before we decide to colour it next time. Also I would like to add I have a fractured spine in 3 places from a recent motorbike accident and Kelly was so gentle with me and I even had a fabulous head massage whilst having my hair wash it felt so relaxing especially after being in laid up in bed recovering for the last 6 months, it was just the pampering I needed. I had an amazing experience at this salon and I will be telling my family and friends all about my recent experience and will recommend this salon in the future. Thank you to everyone. Especially Kelly what a lovely lady. X
