I'm happy with the service I receive at kudos and Nicola that does my hair is lovely and does a fantastic job.. I recommend you to my friends but rarely use you as your expensive! Which I'm beginning to feel too. I was promised vouchers with offers and for my birthday which I have never received since coming to you and I have for several years. I have mentioned this on previous e-mails and still no response I will continue to use kudos as Nicola knows my hair and has never got it wrong.
