Both my mother and myself are disabled, we had our appointment together and we were treated extremely well. Every consideration was made for our disability. My mother was on her second visit to Kudos as she lives in Plymouth but likes to come with me when visiting. Sara, whilst conducting Mums hair appointment, she complemented her hair for her age and complemented her regular hairdresser. Meanwhile Jo, who recently joined Kudos, was able to style my hair in the way I wanted. Having very fine hair and mistakes are glaringly obvious. I will definitely be asking for Jo again when styling my hair.
