I always find Carol and the girls to be extremely friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble. My colourist Sarah Bailey is a lovely girl and I always walk away feeling very pleased. Her approach is highly professional. The receptionists are always welcoming and the ambience is very warm and inviting. The beauticians are lovely too! Somewhat expensive but definitely worth it. A glass of wine during an evening appointment is always appreciated!
