I find all the staff very welcoming and friendly. A little expensive but charge no different than any other salon in town. I have been told you do special offers and vouchers via e-mail but never received any.

I have been using your salon for the last 15 months or so. I spoke to a lady on the phone yesterday to discuss adding a regrowth colour to my existing appointment I checked the price as like most people am on a budget, the price was around £70, which was fine, on speaking to Kerry on arrival she suggested a few foils on the parting, I happily agreed assuming it would be in the price of the regrowth but now realise in my naivety I should have asked if it would be any extra , but I didn't, when settling the bill it was £25 more than I expected and I was a bit upset to say the least. I could kick myself that I didn't ask if it was extra but do feel That maybe I should have been forewarned as if I had I would have declined the offer. Please don't get me wrong Kerry is an amazing hairdresser and a lovely person but I do feel slightly disappointed I would love to hear your thoughts please Thank you Regards Mrs Jackie Arkley

Have been attending Kudos for the passed 3 years and each of the stylists I have had have been thoroughly professional and lovely - I have only changed stylists due, mainly, to maternity leave!! But the whole staff are wonderfully friendly and caring - Thank you all at Kudos🤗 Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to all - see you in 2017 🎉

A very good welcome - thank you for getting me In at such short notice - I had phoned before ( morning) but you were fully booked! I happened to pass by & pop in so was v impressed you managed to fit me in I had to wait for some time to pay - til not working? Or computer ? But apart from that v good service! The cost of the olaplex treatment is extortionate. I bought a bottle for cheaper!
