Tess is always amazing and makes me feel so comfortable (which is hard to do when you’re having a wax!) - quick and friendly and professional but always up for a chat and a laugh! A clean and comfortable environment and such a nice experience for the price in comparison to other local salons offering the same service.

Tessa treated me today, for facial waxing. She was very competent and professional and I had total confidence in her. We had a great chat and she is very easy to get along with. I shall ask for Tessa in future.

I arrived for my appointment on time but stylist running late... that wasn't a problem but was not offered refreshments but other clients were, and my haircut and finish seemed rushed as next client waiting. Very disappointing as i am a regular and paid over £60. This has made me re think about booking again!
