I hadn't received Nikki's attention before and I was extremely reassured and impressed by her professionalism and advice. She was aware of my likes and dislikes and coloured/cut my hair accordingly. I was very pleased with the result! She was chatty and friendly and put me at my ease (I'm a bit odd in that I feel a bit nervous in a salon!) Happily for Nikki, but sadly for me, she is soon to go on maternity leave, but I will be sure to ask for her again when she is back at Kudos.
