I was disappointed that having been a regular customer for a number of years I was obliged to query my bill (I have the service provided the day in question 4-5 times per year) - a member of staff tried to overcharge me by £20 (20% overcharge) and when I queried it she was most insistent she was right - I had to stick to my guns before she would approach my wonderful stylist who intervened and the bill was reduced to the correct sum, but this does leave a bit of a taste in the mouth simply as the young woman responsible for the overcharge seemed not in the remotest bit apologetic, rather cockily saying that "it always pays to check" . The words "I'm very sorry" and meaning them would have got Q3 back to 9/10.
