I have been using your salon for the last 15 months or so. I spoke to a lady on the phone yesterday to discuss adding a regrowth colour to my existing appointment I checked the price as like most people am on a budget, the price was around £70, which was fine, on speaking to Kerry on arrival she suggested a few foils on the parting, I happily agreed assuming it would be in the price of the regrowth but now realise in my naivety I should have asked if it would be any extra , but I didn't, when settling the bill it was £25 more than I expected and I was a bit upset to say the least. I could kick myself that I didn't ask if it was extra but do feel That maybe I should have been forewarned as if I had I would have declined the offer. Please don't get me wrong Kerry is an amazing hairdresser and a lovely person but I do feel slightly disappointed I would love to hear your thoughts please Thank you Regards Mrs Jackie Arkley
