I was disappointed that having been a regular customer for a number of years I was obliged to query my bill (I have the service provided the day in question 4-5 times per year) - a member of staff tried to overcharge me by £20 (20% overcharge) and when I queried it she was most insistent she was right - I had to stick to my guns before she would approach my wonderful stylist who intervened and the bill was reduced to the correct sum, but this does leave a bit of a taste in the mouth simply as the young woman responsible for the overcharge seemed not in the remotest bit apologetic, rather cockily saying that "it always pays to check" . The words "I'm very sorry" and meaning them would have got Q3 back to 9/10.

I wasn't given advice this time hence why I felt I couldn't give full marks but this salon is my favourite and I've tried and tested it for three years and always left with a great cut. The staff and welcoming and friendly - highly recommend paying a bit more for a longer lasting cut!

Lovely salon, both me & my mum have used this hairdressers for a couple of years now. Always pleased with my hair when I leave & I love the Aveda products used!

Junior apprentice could learn to smile, being almost sullen with arms crossed not the usual experience of Kudos. Very rough handling, when shampooing, rinsing, pulling foils out. I tried to comment on the rough handling of head and hair to junior and was told it needed to be that way. Sorry I will be avoiding this junior on next visit. Let's just hope she was having a bad day.
