Lovely service and cut by Nadia, thank you. Not as good experience as usual, I travel 50 miles for my appointments and had a call when I'd already made the journey to cancel. Another appointment available at 6pm with another stylist which I accepted rather than make a return journey another day. Asked to arrive 15 minutes early for shampoo/wash so would have an hour for the cut itself. Arrived 5:40 and was told would have shampoo, noone came. Nadia running a little late so got me at 6:15 and had to shampoo herself meaning couldn't start cut until 6:30. Also wasn't communicated that I'd booked a wash cut dry and finish as usual as I had to ask for this. Understandably this then meant the appointment ran late and past close to 7:25 so was there for almost two hours after waiting for the appointment for 4 hours and felt a bit guilty for keeping people there and worried my cut would be rushed. Really happy with my cut and service generally as usual and this is a great salon. I will be back, just some feedback :)
