I popped back to have a trim corrected, and to be honest it would have been nice if a complimentary wash or blow dry was included. But to be fair, it’s the only bad cut I’ve had in the salon. Beauty is lovely as well.

An extremely expensive trim!!!! Only in the chair 15 minutes - no wash etc. Just a dry cut. Not so sure I shall be repeating the experience!

I understand there is an extra cost for PPE but think it should be clear an amount is being added to the cost of treatment. I appreciate the cost of PPE is likely to be the space however long a treatment is but £3 on top of a 10 minute treatment of £13 is more proportionately and visually than on a £90 hair treatment. Should this be added as a percentage to seem fairer. Please don’t feel I am unhappy contributing it’s just an observation. I just want to say I feel safe and in a clean and secure environment while at the salon so would like to thank you for that and all you do. Have a lovely Christmas.

I was disappointed that having talked through what i wanted, and was then told it would be 'no problem' the cut did not come out as i wanted it to, becuase apparently i hadn't got the right hair, so ended up coming out looking like i went in but with my highlights done. An expensive trim!!

I am given an appointment time, but have always had to wait longer than 15 minutes before being seen.
