It was a lovely experience. The reception staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Andrew, the stylist, was very attentive and explained in detail, every step of the process. I felt confident that he knew what it was that I was hoping for. He showed me photographs so I knew what to expect in regards to colouring, and was honest about his own expectations. All the other staff involved were polite and friendly. This was not the cheapest salon I have ever been to but, considering the work involved, it was good value for money. I was also impressed by the atmosphere in the salon and the work ethic that came across...it was professional and welcoming.
