Appointment cancelled today because stylist was ill.people do get ill but a large company like this sure they shud have stand by stylists.my appointment had been made 2 months in advance for a family wedding.after a few phone calls they did manage to get me another stylist at a later time that day.i acepted that appointment but told them i had further appointments to go to and would i be seen straight away they did say yes.they lied i was still waiting to be seen half hour after my appointment.after a few more complants i eventually did get 3 stylist.one to colour my hair another to wash my hair then stylist 3 to cut n dry my hair.leslie francis shame on you i do think you could have done better than this .

I have now had my hair done twice by Caroline and have been very pleased with the results of both the cut and colouring. She is very pleasant and welcoming and makes the customer feel relaxed. I also had a complementary head massage for my birthday which was very pleasant too. However, the cost for me as a pensioner at £68 something is virtually prohibitive. (At my previous hairdresser I paid £40 for the same thing). I would consider carrying on coming here if there were reduced rates for pensioners as the prices you charge currently are very hard for me to afford.

Would n't go anywhere else. After being greeted by a friendly stylist I was asked what I wanted and then the stylist explained how she was going to achieve this. I had a relaxing shampoo and condition before the cut was started. Throughout the process the stylist explained what she was doing, giving me advise on haircare and colour. Refreshment and friendly chat came at no extra cost!
