I have been a client by recommendation from a friend for 12 plus years.I love my hair sessions where you are always greeted with a smile and treated with respect by all members of staff,they are professional and caring a lovely atmosphere to work in also staff always appear happy and get along with each other.

I was a little disappointed to be told on arrival I had missed my appointment slot I had a text confirming date and time also had wasted time browsing the shops until appt. time. Fortunately I was offered an appt. with another stylist but was still disappointed that I had missed my original slot as my first preference was already booked when I phoned for the appt. which I had exspected at late notice. I was well looked after and quite pleased with the result.

I'd recommend Mia to everyone, I'm taken aback by the spectacular service I received today and at a really fantastic price too. I never cared about having the same hairdresser each time I got a haircut, until now that is. But a real smile on my face with her friendly attitude and great sense of hair style!
