The visit was fine and I was very pleased with the advice and cut. It’s not great having to wear a mask throughout the whole time but appreciate that’s nothing the salon can do anything about and I did feel really sorry for the staff who have to wear it all day. I completed this survey on my phone and the ratings section was a little difficult as little dots, maybe look to make those bigger? I’ve been a customer for a long time now and am happy to keep coming back as I’ve always had excellent service and really good quality cuts or pin ups over the years.

I have visited the salon 3 times and on each occasion I have felt really confident with the stylist I have been assigned to. Her name is Morgan and she has taken time to work with me and create both the style and colour that I want. My hair feels amazing and the cut is just what I wanted. Thank you for making me feel at ease and special.
