I had my hair done today by Caroline and I absolutely love the outcome. Caroline talked me thoroughly through my colour choice of highlights and made sure I was happy with what I wanted. She totally understood what I liked and disliked with colours I have had in the past. Caroline was so lovely and easy to get along with and made my experience in the salon feel like such a lovely, girly, relaxing treat. I loved my cut and finish, styled to the way I like it. Thank you so much, I will be returning to Leslie Frances and Caroline again :)

Very lovely staff, usually have Skye but had a lovely replacement lady today who did a fab job and gave me very good advice.
