It became apparent to me when I got home that a section of my hair need more layering. It was markedly different from the other side. I had to wait a week to see my hairdresser to have it rectified due to the fact that she is part time but I'm sure that I could have gone in and anyone would have helped me. The process of arranging another time for my hair to be looked at again was very smooth and easy. I was offered another hair wash but I declined and was just happy to have the problem put right.

Great salon - bit pricy though considering it's competing with the likes of Leeds. It was only a cut and blow wave - at 34.95 I find this a bit overpriced especially when there are so many good salons in Leeds - I try to support local businesses as I live in Barnsley but it doesn't make this easy to do at these kind of prices.

Environment is currently let down a little due to work being completed. It is dark when you look out the window.

The salon is looking really tired with yellows lighting not LED The tube lights can be swapped out for LED panels which you would need less of and save money Emma my stylist is amazing and so are the team However I do feel upstairs needs a little TLC

I have used various top stylists at your salon and never quite got what I wanted, however Andrew knew exactly what I needed. Walked out of the salon happy again.

I did not have an appointment but the Receptionist was very helpful and polite in sorting me one out. Rio, who cut my hair, was excellent - I would happily recommend her to anybody.
