Stylist was great but there was a lot of hair on the floor. Might've just come after a busy time but when you're paying £49 for a cut and finish, you don't expect to stand in the last clients hair. The stylist wasn't happy about it either though and got someone over to sort it. Happy with my cut and finish but it has quickly gone from straight to curly whereas it usually stays straight for a couple of days before I wash it. Used different products today which I'll mention next time!

Hi, I visited last Weds Mia was my stylist, I cannot say enough about this young lady she talks me thro what I'm having done how this cut would suit my style how to make my hair easier to take care off, I find her to be friendly yet professional at the same time, I have booked to have my hair coloured in 2 weeks time. Mia also styled my mums hair right after me and again my mum is very hard of hearing but Mia speaks slower and louder and doesn't make mum feel bad about this at all, both mum and I love the way she cuts our hair ( she really aims to please taking time to explain step by step which is what I find puts me at ease). My 9 yr old daughter was in the week before and Mia cut it lovely as usual but went the extra mile to style it a little different which made my girl feel grown up like a teenager she loved it and kept flicking her hair all day ( with attitude & confidence) This young lady is very friendly polite proffesional and damn good at what she does. Thank you Mia

I don't know if you got the image above, but if you did this is a photo of me at my son's wedding, I came in, in the morning and Ruby styled my hair, she spent a long time getting it right, I have to say she did a perfect job my style lasted all day, people made comment about have lovely my hair looked.

Didn't have an appointment dropped in on the off chance that someone could trim my fringe. It was very busy but I was only waiting 10 minutes before I saw someone. Excellent service would definitely recommend.

Always leave feeling better - it's part of my 'me' time. All the staff are lovely and very friendly and Diane sends me home looking 10 times better than when I walk in.
