My appointment earlier today was by a young lady called Mia, I was very impressed with the way she cut & styled my hair , I was also very impressed by all the advice / tips she gave me , very friendly made me feel comfortable. Will definitely be re booking with Mia Kind regards Tina

Hi, my appointment was with Mia ( Selina) I have to say I have never been treated as well as I was today with your stylist not only has she made a very good job of my hair I was super impressed with her advice throughout my appointment , my appointment lasted just short of 4 hours due to me having so much thick long hair but she stayed pleasant & professional throughout the 4 hours , I was unsure what colour I wanted but she gave me a couple of options and suggested something a little different and I'm so happy with the style & colour. For someone who feels self conscious staring into a mirror for any length of time Mia put me at ease and really made sure I relaxed which is a difficult task for me at the best of times. My 1st time with Mia but will definitely be booking again with this lovely young lady .

your staff are always very friendly with a smile on their face - very welcoming. Their knowledge and skills are excellent. My sister was both surprised and delighted how friendly and helpful the receptionist was, taking time to explain the loyalty card despite having a queue,the phone ringing and being on her own.

Great experience but salon upstairs looking tired especially with the ceiling and those strip lights with the 2 ft tubes spoils the ambience
