I was happy with the service I received sky was a lovely girl.I didn't realise until I got home that I am totally unhappy with my hair! IIt is a MESS, The colour is yellow at the roots and I have lines from the foils all the way through my hair!i am not happy at all! It is obvious the colour has leaked and I should have been told and it should have bee sorted immediately !I was asked by someone who had done it.,Then they showed me what was wrong.I will be in first thing Monday morning.I am furious!

I was ignored initially at reception and two lads who came in after me were dealt with first despite the fact that I queued after a chap in front. The reception desk is confusing as to where you are supposed to check. In. My name was mispelt as no one asked me how it was spelt. I had to wat 1/4 of an hour after my appointment time before I was seen by the hairdresser despite being told I had arrived. They did not acknowledge me or come to see to say they were running late and give me an approximate time they would be able to see me, had I not needed a haircut I would have walked out, how rude is that and uncustomer friendly! Fortunately eventually after 10 mins one of the girls asked if I would like a coffee. I was not informed either when booking what the likely cost of my haircut would be, nor before the hairdresser started to cut my hair to see if this was ok. The advice given by the hairdresser was excellent as was the cut. It is many years since I had been to the salon and I may come back again but you need to up your customer service first!

I am extremely happy with the service I received from my hair stylist and am happy to pay for it. However, I was charged excessively for my 5 year old daughters hair cut. I really believe that as an adult paying full price with a top level hair stylist that I should receive a further discount on the price of my daughters hair cut. I am aware that you get get a discount on a child's haircut monday to friday after school but as I work full time during the week this is not an option for me. If the price of a child's haircut was lower I would happily attend with my daughter every 8 weeks but due to the price I will now be reviewing where I get my hair cut in future.

I have recently been for a root recolour . The price now £28.95. The last time I came for the same treatment my regular hairdresser knew I was unhappy with the results, as I had been left in the hands of a trainee who had not put the toner on correctly, and told me to wait a week and see if I was any happier. I wasn't but as my dad had a stroke the following week(aged 89) I was unable to return to the salon to complain.I told her my circumstances but was still charged the same price. I also told her that I had been looking at other salons to visit in the future to which she replied feel free to go else where .After many years of going to Leslie Frances and being a regular customer, I feel that there should have been a reduction in the price or some sort of compensation.

I think you have some excellent stylists but when you find a good stylist they are quickly promoted and become too expensive to use on a regular basis. I think £30 should be a maximum for a hair cut and finish.

I've only gone from the salon to my car and straight home and it's already dropped out. Disappointed as I'm going out.
