the consultation was very good and staff knowledge and input helped greatly in making choice in what we could do with my hair. Iwas a little suprised when asking the cost, really the way that they split things within the price. I would have thought certain things would be inclusive in the main thing that was going to be done. for example in a highlights you would expect a wash to be included but it isn't, its in with the cut and finish. how can you do one thing wothout the other? But overall this salon is quite good but need to look at pricing and how they split it down.

As always very pleased with my cut and finish. My stylist knows me very well and what's needed. My only slight problem would be that I think the receptionists (downstairs ) could be a little more welcoming sometimes. They are always pleasant on the phone.

I had to go to a different stylist last time I came as my regular stylist was not working on the day I had my appointment. The stylist I went to (Ruby) was very friendly and did a great job on my hair taking time to make sure it looked nice and was done properly. My hair looked nice afterwards but not as good as when my regular stylist does it, however, Ruby is a lower grade than my usual stylist. Ruby is doing job and will improve with practice. She made me feel very welcome and explained what she was doing/what products she was using every step of the way and why. Lovely salon and will continue to recommend to my friends and family. Thank you :)

I always feel very comfortable at your salon. As an asthmatic I appreciate the large open space so that aerosol sprays are not as pervasive as in a smaller salon. I think the standby service is,good value and all the stylists I have been given have cut my hair well. It is all very well asking me to rate you on the quality of the advice given, but I am not aware of having received any advice!

Kelly was my stylist and she was very professional, talking to me advising me , I had a re style and it was fabulous, Kelly suggested a more choppy style and I'm glad I went for it as it turned out lovely. I would definitely recommend Kelly & Lesley Frances to my friends & family xx
