For the second time in consecutive visits, I was offered a drink and never received it. The young lady was obviously more interested in getting her own hair titivated than in dealing with a customer. My stylist and the receptionist were, as always, excellent but the number of apprentices just 'floating about' or standing in little huddles, are giving a poor impression.

I thoroughly appreciate the fact that I wasn't rushed and that my hair is very thick but I was in the salon for 4 hours. I really cannot give this amount of time to having my hair done on my only day off. I was also shocked at how expensive it was £132! This is an awful lot of money when my hair needs doing every 6 weeks. I think it would be helpful for the stylist to tell you exactly what they are putting on your hair and how much each separate item will cost. It might not be so much of a shock when you get the bill! Having said all that my hair looked lovely and very professionally coloured.The service was second to none.

The visit was fine and I was very pleased with the advice and cut. It’s not great having to wear a mask throughout the whole time but appreciate that’s nothing the salon can do anything about and I did feel really sorry for the staff who have to wear it all day. I completed this survey on my phone and the ratings section was a little difficult as little dots, maybe look to make those bigger? I’ve been a customer for a long time now and am happy to keep coming back as I’ve always had excellent service and really good quality cuts or pin ups over the years.
